The one thing I noticed was that there were about three different kinds of chili powder, California chili powder, New Mexico chili powder and some other kind. Do I know what kind of chili powder they have in New Mexico? No. so I just bought the California kind. I usaully buy my spices that I use a lot at Sam's (kind of like Costco). They seem to be cheap there also.
